Terms of Service

1. The service

growthh.dev (“growthh”, “we”, “us”) is a service of Gyaanmart Knowledge Technology Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 06AAJCG2171N1ZC), registered at A1/46, Sushant Lok-2, Sector-55, Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. You describe an app in plain language and our service generates a single-file web app, which you can preview, iterate on, and publish to a shareable URL.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI output can be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect.

2. Accounts

growthh requires a free account to build apps. You create it with your email and a password, and you get 5 free credits each month. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features. One person or organisation per account.

3. Plans and credits

Plans include a monthly allowance of credits. One credit is a Standard build; an Advanced build (available on Pro) uses more credits. A “build” is one generation or iteration. Current allowances are Free 5, Starter 40 and Pro 125 credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over; allowances refresh monthly.

We may adjust plan limits, engine options, credit costs, and pricing with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Your apps are your responsibility

Apps you generate, publish, and share are your content and your responsibility. You are responsible for what they do, for complying with applicable laws, and for any data your published apps collect from their own users.

You must not use growthh to generate content or apps that are unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violate others’ rights. We may remove published apps or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Intellectual property

As between you and us, you own the app code you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate the service (for example, storing versions and serving your published app).

The growthh name, brand, and the builder software itself remain ours.

6. Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Listed prices are inclusive of 18% GST — the price shown is the amount charged. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Subscriptions purchased in Indian Rupees are billed by our Indian entity, Gyaanmart Knowledge Technology Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 06AAJCG2171N1ZC), A1/46, Sushant Lok-2, Sector-55, Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India, whose GSTIN appears on your tax invoice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, growthh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your generated apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
