Is this a one-time fee?
No — it’s a monthly subscription. See the plans above for pricing; every plan covers hosting, day-to-day management, and ongoing changes to your system.
How long until my system is ready?
Most custom systems are ready in 7–10 working days once we’ve understood your business. We confirm the exact timeline with you on the first call.
How is this different from Tally, Busy or Zoho?
Those are excellent ready-made products that you adapt your business to. This is the opposite: we build the system around how you already work, and change it on request — so you get exactly your workflow, your terminology and your reports, without wrestling a generic product into shape.
Can I cancel?
Yes — it’s monthly rolling. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, and there’s no minimum term.
Who owns my data?
Your data is yours. We host it for you as part of the service, and you can ask us to export your data to you at any time.
Do you migrate my existing data?
If you already keep records (in Excel, Tally, a notebook, etc.), tell us on the first call. Standard import from one source (Excel, CSV or Tally), up to 5,000 records, is included; larger or multi-source migrations are quoted separately.
