Who we are

growthh operates through two entities: Growthh (36 Geary Street, San Francisco, CA, USA), our US office; and Gyaanmart Knowledge Technology Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 06AAJCG2171N1ZC), registered at A1/46, Sushant Lok-2, Sector-55, Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India, which bills customers paying in Indian Rupees.

The data controller for your personal data is Gyaanmart Knowledge Technology Pvt Ltd (India) — your account and projects are hosted on infrastructure in India. For any question about your data, email info@growthh.com.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Your projects: the prompts you send, the app versions we generate for you, and publish/rollback actions — so you can return to your work.

Generation logs: metadata about each build (timestamp, which engine was used, credits spent, and IP address) for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and cost control.

Billing data: your subscription status and identifiers from Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card details — those are handled by Razorpay.

Cookies: a signed, http-only session cookie to keep you logged in, and a signed anonymous cookie used to associate any apps you may have built before signing in and to measure how the site is used. These are essential to the service; we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Usage analytics: we record anonymous, first-party events about how the site is used — such as pages viewed and steps taken while building — to see where people get stuck and improve the product. It’s tied only to the anonymous cookie described above (and to your account once you sign in), never to your IP address, and we use no third-party analytics or trackers.

How we use it

To provide and operate the builder, save your work, run your subscription, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Files you attach to a build

If your plan includes file attachments, you can attach reference files to a build prompt — for example an image or screenshot, a PDF or Word document, or an Excel or CSV spreadsheet — to help the builder match your layout and use your real data.

To generate your app, the contents of any file you attach are sent to our third-party AI provider for processing, in the same way as your prompt text. Please do not attach files containing sensitive personal data — for example government identifiers, health records, or full payment-card numbers — or anything you are not authorised to share.

Attached files are held only temporarily, to process that one build, and are then deleted — automatically within an hour at the latest, including if the build fails. We do not keep the file contents; we retain only a short log entry (the file’s name, type, size, your account, and the time) for abuse prevention and cost control.

Who we share with

A third-party AI provider processes your prompts to generate apps. Razorpay processes your payments. Our hosting infrastructure stores your data. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Retention and your rights

We keep your account and projects until you ask us to delete them. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@growthh.com. Deleting your account removes your projects and personal data, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, cookies are http-only, secure, and signed, and payment card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
